The Parlour @ Hullett House (in 1881 Heritage, TST) has an affordable afternoon tea set. Last time I checked there are scones and finger sandwiches, and then a selection of 5 sweets on a plate (blackcurrant pistachio cupcake, lemon macaron, chocolate textures, choux with passion fruit, and a red berry 'heart')
